Center Line Commerce Center is a four-building industrial campus centrally located in Macomb County, Michigan providing excellent access to the entire Detroit, MI Industrial Market. The 78.8 acres site is zoned heavy industrial land and fronts Metro Detroit's primary east/west beltway, I-696 between Mound Rd. and Van Dyke Ave. (M-53). This mature industrial corridor has very few opportunities for new development of this scale. Designed by Albert Kahn as the Mopar World HQ, the complex has been continuously occupied since its construction and is currently operating as the Center Line Parts Distribution Center for Stellantis.
